Using the website was kind of a pain. The menus kept freezing on me, and the checkout process was way more confusing than it needed to be. I was just trying to place an order, not solve a puzzle. Maybe I was already a little impatient because I hadn’t had coffee yet, but still, it shouldn’t be that frustrating.

I had a frustrating time trying to figure out what I was actually ordering. The details didn’t really explain the grit, the fit, or which machines it works with, so I felt like I was guessing more than I should have been. I get that some people might already know the product line, but for the rest of us, it would be decent to include enough basic info so customers can make a fair decision before spending their money.

I feel like these belts should have lasted a lot longer than they did. They seemed fine at first, but they wore out way too fast for normal use.

I wasn’t really happy with the order overall. It actually just ended up leaving me more annoyed than anything, and I don’t think I’d use it again.

I’ve ordered from them a couple times now, and so far everything seems fine. I trust them enough to keep using them, but I’m still kind of watching to see if the orders stay consistent each time. Last one showed up while I was making coffee, and nothing looked off, so that’s a good sign.

I really thought this was going to fit based on the size listed, but nope, not even close for my machine. I kept thinking, “Maybe I’m missing something?” but after trying it, the sizing just seemed off. Kind of frustrating because I expected it to be a simple match

I ordered one of the larger packs because I figured buying in bulk would give me a noticeable price break, or at least enough of one to make it feel like the obvious choice. It did end up saving me a little compared to buying smaller quantities, so I can’t really complain too much, but once shipping was added in, the deal wasn’t quite as impressive as I had hoped it would be.

The abrasives themselves were totally fine, and the order arrived when it was supposed to, so there were no issues there at all. I’d probably buy them again if I needed a bigger quantity for a project, but I do wish the bulk pricing was laid out a bit more clearly and that the discounts were just a little better.

The belts kept wandering off my sander no matter what I tried. After a while, I was spending more time adjusting them than actually sanding, which kind of says it all...

Every time I try to buy this, it’s out of stock. It’s gotten really frustrating because I check back, and there’s still nothing available. The worst part is getting the same canned apology every time instead of any real update on when it’ll be back. I’d just like to be able to buy it when I need it.

I ordered from Red Label Abrasives and ended up having to follow up more than once just to get my refund moving. To be fair, it did eventually come through, but Red Label really dropped the ball on communication. The updates were weak, and it felt like they let it sit longer than it needed to. Not a total nightmare, but definitely more annoying than it should’ve been.

The item itself was fine, but the shipping cost was way more than I expected. I get that shipping isn’t free for them either, but still, it felt a bit much for what I ordered.

The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check on it myself with no real idea of when it would arrive. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it for the job anymore. The product might be okay, but the whole shipping experience was disappointing and frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

They were able to get the custom belt size I needed, which was definitely a plus. It just took a little longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. Anyway... the end result was fine, but the whole experience felt average overall...

So, yeah, my issue didn’t really get fixed, and the replies felt slow. I kind of had to keep following up just to get anywhere, which was, like, really frustrating after a while. In the end, it was just annoying and not worth the hassle...

Tried ordering from them once, once was plenty. The belts wore out way faster than I expected, which was a fun little surprise after spending money on them. The whole order just didn’t feel worth it, so yeah, I won’t be rushing back to buy from them again...

I really wanted this to work better, but the cutting felt slow and kind of rough from the start. It also seemed to wear out way faster than I expected, especially for the price. Always fun paying more and then watching it give up early, right?

I was looking for a few specific sanding belt sizes and styles, but I wasn’t able to find everything I needed. The selection seemed fine for more common items, so it might work well for a lot of people. In my case, though, I ended up having to shop somewhere else.

I just do small hobby stuff in my garage, and this felt like it was built more for proper shops than people like me. The grit felt all over the place. Some spots were okay, but then others were way off, so it just didn’t feel consistent AT ALL.

The belt cut alright, but the splice popped loose quick, which was frustrating.
